"A Pillow on Which to Rest My Head"

By Michelle Lane

I admit it - I love the fall but yesterday the annual fall head cold got me and I DO NOT love that!

Sometimes the stone itself is a literal representation of "Rest in Peace". Such is the case of young Mr. Herman Billingslea.

Not a lot is know about Herman's short life - unfortunately his demise is the only story we know.

Herman had not been feeling well and was taking the train to Little Rock to see a doctor. During the journey his spleen ruptured and he passed away at just 17 years of age.
